Bright orange in color, the Tama Akane potato is high in beta carotene and is known to be difficult to steam so yield is low.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis shochu pairs really well with all kind of teas, not just oolong, thanks to the rich tea aromas of the shochu.
