Essentially, it’s a frozen “head” of foam that floats atop the beer, like a soft serve topper.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eOakland’s favorite punk rock pop-up restaurant, Aburaya will serve their famous Japanese fried chicken.
